Marketing Coordinator - Social Media and Events

This fast growing website company with the leading review websites in the care sector is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join their newly created Marketing Team and run a substantial social media presence and busy events programme.

They are a fast-growing internet business with 55 employees (24 joined in the last 2 years). They are the leading website resource in the care sector, receiving over 1.3 million monthly unique visitors.

The job will involve:
- Organising and running a busy Social Media presence across our three service areas.
- Plan, create and schedule content across a variety of social channels including Twitter, Facebook, Google+ etc.
- Build Social Media engagement.
- Track the success of social media campaigns and provide reports.
- Monitoring and responding to comments and posts in a quick and timely manner, escalating social media comments to the line manager when necessary.
- Coordinating a busy events calendar including stand logistics, staffing, branding, promotional items.
- Coordinating the production of marketing collateral.
- Interacting with all areas of the business.

You will be joining an extremely supportive team of three and would be expected to help across all areas of Marketing when required.

You will also work alongside a talented News Team who provide a constant source of articles and material for online publishing.

Key skills and experience required include:
- Knowledge of Social Media platforms and how they apply to different industry areas.
- Strong social media skills and a good understanding of digital marketing.
- Knowledge and experience of Hootsuite is essential.
- Degree education.
- Marketing related courses.
- Microsoft Office Suite - good Excel skills would be preferable but not vital.
- Excellent communication skills.

It is important that you have worked in a marketing role for a minimum of 2 years.

This is a full-time office based role working a total of 35 hours per week. It is important that the candidate lives within commutable range of Hungerford. The offices are located next to Hungerford train station and there is onsite parking.

The annual salary is £20,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience plus there is an annual bonus of up to £5,000.
