The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience of fresh produce
• Be a strong, motivated and positive team leader with energy and enthusiasm
• Have excellent, friendly and professional customer service skills
• Have the ability to forge good relationships with the kitchen, the management and the team as a whole
• Good knowledge of both restaurant and bar service
• Be ambitious and keen to learn and develop
