Network Systems Engineer

Located in Coventry, IBIT Solutions are a Business to Business IT solutions provider. We supply solutions and IT services to SME’s, charities and local authorities.

We currently have a vacancy in our dynamic and highly skilled support team for a conscientious and motivated Microsoft systems engineer. The role is to provide expert proactive support and solutions to customers ensuring that the service provided meets our high quality standards on site and remotely via telephone, email and remote support.

Job Purpose:

Skills and Experience Required:

• The ideal candidate would have previous experience in an outsource support role doing a mixture of field and remote work
• A strong customer focus is vital, as are strong problem solving skills and great attention to detail

Any formal qualifications are desirable but not essential as we place a high value on experience and a willingness to learn.

Candidate:

• Our Ideal candidate would be based within 1 hour commute of Coventry City Centre and have a minimum of two years experience working in a similar role
• Previous experience is essential
• A full valid driving license is essential
