A rare opportunity has presented itself to join the team at one of the UK's hottest developers based in Reading. The firm are known for taking problem assets, redeveloping them and turning them into highly profitable, easy on the eye properties.
You would be joining a close knit team of 20 people who all still strive for on thing - to be the best!
They adopt a casual approach on a daily basis however uphold the highest level of professionalism when needed.
Responsibilities would include:
* Management of a national portfolio including supervision of external managing agents
* Strategic analysis on future acquisitions and value add opps on the existing portfolio
* Liaison with acquisitions team on development appraisals and valuations
* Act as the no.2 to the Director
The ideal candidate would be chartered with MRICS however this is not essential. What is essential however is a desire to get stuck in, learn and help the company with its aggressive growth plans.
Candidates from all backgrounds will be considered however you must have the confidence and personality to represent the company with occupiers & advisors whilst maintaining all existing relationships.
