The Role:
This role will be covering maternity leave and is responsible for end-to-end lead generation in EMEA, from defining the multi-channel strategy, devising the annual plan, managing the execution of the activity and reporting on results. As the Senior Digital Marketing Executive you will be working in a small hands-on team, influencing key stakeholders and working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager EMEA and other members of the Marketing, Product and Sales teams in order to develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns and processes.
You will be responsible for managing all areas of digital marketing and lead generation strategies with a strong focus on email, web, and all online advertising. Monthly, quarterly and ad hoc analysis of campaigns and initiatives will be required, with the insight informing future activity and you will own and manage the upkeep and expansion of the client and prospect databases.
Skills and experience required for this role:
We are looking to speak to candidates with the following skills and experience:
• Ideally you will be degree educated coupled with strong experience gained within a digital marketing role
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of data and reporting with the experience to use data to inform future activity
• Be able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge with CRM and marketing automated systems (e.g. Eloqua and Salesforce)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Proven ability to manage projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• A good communicator at all levels both verbally and written with the ability to turn data and analysis into easy to use reports and presentations
• Solid PowerPoint proficiency preferred
