Customer Retention & Sales Support
Our client is one of the UK's leading provider in their network category and are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their friendly team in offices based on Milton Park. In this role, you will be supporting the field sales team whilst also maintaining a strong Business to business relationship with existing clients, providing a first class customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and growing existing clients
- Provide an excellent customer experience by maintaining a high level of service at all times
- Working with your aligned portfolio of customers to ensure we deliver to their expectations and also drive out every opportunity for product/service and revenue growth
- Support field dales team by booking appointments, routing visits methodically within the regional area and collating data in preparation for the visits
- Ensure good relationships are developed with your accounts and remain customer focused on all communication with them
- Assisting with customer queries and providing alternative solutions
Essential
- Confident communicator who is able to quickly build relationships over the telephone
- Natural solution finder who thrives on resolving problems
- Adaptable and pro-active work approach
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Experience gained working in a fast paced environment
Desirable
- Experience of Salesforce would be advantageous but is not essential
