As a specialist recruitment agency of temporary labour supply across the UK in the Port Operations, Driving, Industrial and Commercial sectors, Pathfinder Personnel Ltd are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to be part of our Southampton Head Office team.
As a Recruitment Resourcer with us the primary aim of your role will be to identify, attract, shortlist and assign candidates temporary or permanent recruitment assignments to fulfill our clients requirements to the highest standard.
You will be customer facing, speaking to a wide variety of work seekers, workers and clients on a daily basis. Through effective personable, yet professional communication you will build relationships that will allow you to engage, maintain and develop a pool of candidates with the relevant skills and experience to secure all nature of jobs roles within our key sectors. In addition, you will provide general administrative support to our team of Recruitment Consultants.
We are flexible on the basis this role is offered and are interested to hear from applicants keen to secure full-time/part-time work either on a permanent or fixed term contract basis.
The successful candidate will either have experience working in a similar role, perhaps for another recruitment agency or internal HR/recruitment function.
Or, experience working in similar results driven, customer focused environment, such as a call centre or scheduling/booking environment. You must be used to conducting business over the phone, face to face and via email. Confident in handling objections, resolving problems in a timely manner with a positive, proactive attitude is a must.
Candidates will also need to have:
- Level 2 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- IT skills, including ability to use Outlook and databases
- Qualifications in Customer Service, Sales, Recruitment or HR (desirable but not essential)
