FINANCE MANAGER
24K - 28K PER ANNUM PLUS BENEFITS

UP TO 12 MONTH MATERNITY CONTRACT
Our Client is an Independent award winning Digital Marketing & Creative Branding Agency with an ever expanding Portfolio of Clients and well known exciting Brands, meaning that they are now looking for a talented Finance & Office Manager to join their Team and cover their existing Finance Managers maternity leave. The company are well established, are financially stable and can offer a great working environment.
You must be willing to get involved in the general running of the Office and providing support where necessary.
??Looking after the full Accounts function for a SME business
??Sales & purchase ledgers
??Management of client accounts, handling all queries and all credit control
??Handling all internal and external payment runs, management and tracking of all transactions
??Management and forecasting of Cashflow
??Preparing information for Payroll and processing of expenses
??Supporting the business with preparation of costings and estimates
??Bank reconciliations
??Preparation and analysis of Management Information and reports
??VAT Return calculations
??General bookkeeping, online system
??Managing HR system (People), recording completed appraisals, absences, sickness and holidays
??Providing general office support, taking meeting notes, facilities management, PA duties
Role Requirements:
• Ideally level two AAT qualified, part CIMA / MAAT or qualified by experience
• Possess finance experience
• Possess good administration skills
• Must be well organised and able to multi task
• Be willing to get involved with supporting the business
• Flexible and positive attitude
• Good level of numeracy and accuracy
