Inbound Sales Advisor
Job Summary:
To provide a first class customer orientated telephone service to all customer enquiries whilst maximising every sales opportunity.
Main Duties:
• To reach personal sales targets
• To answer the telephone in a professional manner, working as part of a team to ensure that all calls are answered in accordance to service level agreements.
• Maximise every sales opportunity with each call answered whilst ensuring all aspects of customer service and quality standards are achieved
• To perform various administration duties as and when required
• Update product knowledge by attending briefing sessions and other methods of information control i.e. memo, operational manual updates, maintaining an awareness of operational and company changes to maintain effective customer service standards.
• To operate in a professional manner, both as an individual and as a member of a team, for the benefit of the customer at all times.
• Regularly contribute ideas, suggestions and feedback to management, thus providing a valuable contribution to the effectiveness and continued success of the overall customer experience.
• To ensure all Operational Key Performance Objectives are adhered to and achieved, proactively pursuing personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and operational performance.
• To comply with company regulations, policies and procedures, including those of Health and Safety at Work
