CRM Manager (AWDO-P3395)

Strategic Data Planning and Selections CRM Manager with excellent data analysis and direct marketing experience is required by a leading Charity based in Reading, Berkshire.

SALARY: £42,800 - £45,300 per annum

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Strategic Data Planning and Selections CRM Manager that has excellent data analysis and direct marketing experience.

Working as the Strategic Data Planning and Selections CRM Manager you will develop and monitor a contact strategy and supporter journey across all products whilst regularly backtesting to ensure the strategy is correct.

As the Strategic Data Planning and Selections CRM Manager you will have the experience and skills to manage the organisation’s database to champion an amazing supporter experience.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Strategic Data Planning and Selections CRM Manager:

Develop a contact strategy to provide the right information in the right way to the right people at the right time

Work with Marketing Managers to plan and implement both long and short term campaign activities and to devise strategies particularly through identifying data assets to be optimised

Carry out quarterly health checks on the database, raising concerns and issues as they arise

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in results-driven direct marketing, data analysis briefing and interpretation and working at senior level within multi-function teams

• Knowledge of performance monitoring, excellent understanding of direct marketing principles and techniques along with being very competent in Microsoft Office

• You will be a motivated individual with great organisational and communication skills along with good time management, prioritisation, analytical and negotiating skills

• Eligibility to work in the UK
