CV Knowhow are the UK’s leading professional cv writing business, we support job seekers in their search for a new role by working with them to provide a relevant and effective CV, LinkedIn profile, cover letters and interview coaching. We have experienced year on year growth and due to continued investment and are now looking for someone to join our Careers Advisory team.

We are a small, dedicated and passionate team of 20 who truly believe in the value we bring to job seekers so it’s essential you share our focus, determination, passion, honesty and drive to be successful.

In the role of Careers Advisor you will be calling candidates who have requested advice on their CV.  You will discuss the candidate’s CV in detail and make recommendations as to changes that can be made to enable them to be more successful in their application process.  You will be talking to candidates from all backgrounds, from school leavers though to CEOs.

We are looking for people who have experience in talking to customers and dealing with people.  This is a consultative role and so an ability to communicate with people over the phone is essential.    You will be working towards targets and so previous experience of working in a target driven environment would also be beneficial.  What’s most important to us is an ability to ask questions, listen to the answers and genuinely take an interest in the candidate.

- Basic salary of £15,000 - £19,000 (depending on experience)
