The ideal candidate is an experienced recruitment professional who is capable of delivering their own billings and leading by example alongside supporting a small but growing team of consultants.

 

This truly is an exciting time to join us as we embark on a large growth phase. The role will initially involve personal billing targets and some line management. As the team grows you will move from billing to directly leading the team of consultants and supporting them achieve their targets and career goals.

 

Our company is backed by a serial entrepreneur who has started several successful businesses. We are young, fun, ambitious and hungry for success. We do not believe in politics and recognise & reward people for their contribution. Currently our consultancy is focused on Property and IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate will help us deepen our footprint in both these practices by developing our people and also support us expand into new sectors.

 

We are based in Hatfield (AL9), close to the train station which has great links to London and there is also ample free parking.

 

As a Talent and Recruitment Manager you will possess the following:

  • Excellent influencing, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills
  • Analytical and organised
  • Proven experience as an excellent skills hunter and a quantifiable billing history

 

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and coach a team of recruitment consultants
  • Full accountability for sales activity including face-to-face, online and offline
  • Manage a profitable, individual job portfolio at a mid to senior level
  • Account building & managing and developing client relationships
  • Shape and drive the team strategy based on market opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and leaders to develop and implement relevant attraction plans for specific regions and/or industries and to effectively promote brand awareness.
