We are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team.
*Please note this is a non sales role*
This role will see you sourcing & screening candidates for our vacancies as well as the discovery & highlighting of possible business leads for Exectec & HRGO consultants in our Bridgwater office.
There is a broad variety of positions to recruit for at times as you will be working for both of our recruitment brands!
Supporting the Engineering & Technical team of Exectec and the Generalist & Industrial team of HRGO, you will be recruiting for everything from Mechanical Design Engineers & IT Consultants to Advertising executives & Chefs!
(In the main roles are of Engineering or Technical bias; so a natural interest in these markets will be of benefit!)
Package
* GBP18-20k
* 20 + 8 Bank holidays (Rising each year, +3 after year 1)
* (Apply online only) Monday to Friday
* 1 hour for Lunch

* Positive, outgoing, confident
* Organised, methodical & enjoy structure
* Confident telephone manner, comfortable speaking to people of all nationalities from all walks of life
* Enquiring mind; able to spot anomalies on CVs and ask the 'why'
* IT literate
* Sense of humour (mandatory)
* Recruitment, advertising, account management, telesales experience (desirable)

You will be working in HRGO Somerset Ltd offices in Bridgwater town centre. We are part of one of the largest recruitment groups in the UK.
