Our client is one of the largest independent suppliers of educational resources and commodity products to schools and other educational establishments in the UK. It also includes an international unit which distributes to over 130 countries.
With brands that are over 180 years old, the business provides schools, colleges, academies and nurseries with everything from stationery to curriculum and special educational needs resources. They have grown in recent years, both organically and through a number of HISTORIC acquisitions, and now offers over 30,000 resources through three distinct brand propositions.
They currently have an opportunity for an Internal Account Executive to join their growing Internal Account Management Team in Hyde.
The Role:
Joining them as an Internal Account Executive, you will provide a ‘one stop shop’ solution, offering a full range of educational products and services within the education market place, delivering a high level of quality outbound communication.
Through account management you must maximise business through effective telephone sales whilst ensuring continued focus on maintaining 100% customer satisfaction by the identification and understanding of their customers’ business needs and objectives.
The Candidate:
Educated to GCSE level, you will have an excellent telephone manner and communications skills and will be confident and articulate in explaining complex and unfamiliar situations effectively. Experience within a similar role, in a targeted environment is beneficial along with a good level of IT literacy and the ability to stay calm under pressure, keeping to deadlines.
