The role has high volume customer contact where you will answer calls, e-mails or webchats.  These contacts could be anything from delivery enquires, to resolving product issues and general customer enquiries such as store opening times and stock checks.  We are looking for people who can build an excellent rapport with our customers; however they choose to contact us.

We have full and part time opportunities available offering up to 39 hours per week and working evenings and weekends. Shifts are scheduled between 7am and 10.15 pm (5 days over 7) and we are looking for a combination of full and part time shifts, with full flexibility, plus weekend and evening opportunities.   However all training will take place over 5 days 9 - 5.30.
