Finance and Administrative Officer
Our client is owned by a large industrial conglomerate, the Andover based operation being one of their UK facilities. Being part of a small administrative team, a full-time Finance and Administration professional is required with the following credentials:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in book-keeping / time-barred is a must;
- The ideal candidate will be currently studying AAT or other accounting qualification with sound understanding of trial balance;
- Proven experience of performing balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation is a must;
- The ideal candidate must possess high level of accuracy, used to working to deadlines with minimum supervision;
- The ideal candidate will be curious with an investigative personality, exhibiting tenacity and trustworthiness;
- High level of computer literacy, especially Excel e.g. V & H Lookups, Tables, Potentially able to modify macro’s, Presentation and analysis of data in meaningful manner, able to support analysis, e.g. customer data / product profitability is desirable;
- An impecable telephone manner, appreciation of customer services based environment and the ability to politely present the company’s point of view is highly desirable;
- Belief in excellent service, everyone is a customer!
