British Deaf Association (BDA) Derby is seeking to recruit a part-time Office Administrator for the project.
Office Administrator
Part-time (21 Hours per week)
£21,500 pro-rata (£12,900)
Based in Derby, 10month fixed term contract to end March 2018
The BDA is a membership organisation currently providing local support to Deaf people through empowerment and advocacy in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and England. The aim is community advocacy, community empowerment, and the development of local campaigns to ensure that local public service providers carry out BSL Charter pledges. We also campaign towards full equality for Deaf people.
The BDA are looking to recruit a Office Administrator based in Derby. Your main responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administration support to the Senior Community Development Manager and the Derby office team.
The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, flexible and proactive. You will also need to have proven organisational Skills and excellent computer skills.
