Looking to work closer to home in Kent? Experienced Quantity Surveyor within property? Then I have a great opportunity for you.

I am currently working with a medium sized consultancy based in North Kent who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The firm is a multidisciplinary practice with multiple UK offices. The brand is well established and recognisable within the field, they offer a great environment and have an incredible staff retention rate.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will predominantly working on new build residential projects with a wide range of project values. Current projects range from high rise residential and student accommodation within London to larger regeneration projects on behalf of developers, local authority and housing associations.

About the role:

About you:

* 5 years + experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market
* Construction related degree
* Ideally recent experience with new build residential projects
* Living within a commutable distance to north Kent
