Recruitment Consultant (Part time)
Alcester * dependant on experience * Permanent

Arden Personnel are specialists in commercial recruitment. Supplying Temporary and permanent staff within the Warwickshire area.
Established in 2012 Arden Personnel is an ambitious company who have already placed 1000's of people into jobs.
We have ambitious growth plans over the next 2 years, and we are now looking for a hard working, career minded consultant to join our team.
We make sure we look after our staff and offer a generous bonus scheme, along with dress down day on Friday's, Free lunch, staff nights out, and a masseur each month, plus other benefits

Job Description:
* As a recruiter, you will have responsibilities for the success of your own desk
* Business Development including, sourcing of sales leads and networking
* To be accountable for achieving agreed personal and branch KPI's in line with the Company Strategy
* Ensuring all jobs are managed professionally exceeding clients expectations
* To be responsible for updating and cleansing the database ensuring quality information is stored
* Weekly Sales & Marketing activity, sales calls, Meetings and fly In's
* Resourcing and attracting candidates through online job boards, social media and from our internal database on behalf of our clients, to their specific requirements
* Interviewing/screening applicants by phone/Skype/Face to Face
* Issuing and interpreting online skills and psychometric test
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role it would be advantageous to hold experience in the following;
* Previous experience within a Recruitment Agency as a Consultant or Senior Consultant.
* A self-starter who is able to work autonomously but within a team environment
* Ideally experienced in both account management and new business development
* You will be expected to bill 3 times your basic salary
* Able to work towards tight deadlines and work well under pressure
* Full Clean driving license
What's on Offer?
As a part time Recruitment consultant you will receive;
* Up to GBP15,000 plus uncapped commission
* Quarterly Bonus
* Tuesday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm
