Are you an experienced Highways Technician based in Bristol?
Do you have experience undertaking the design of local roads for residential & commercial projects in the UK?
Can you demonstrate your technical ability in the use of AutoCAD, Civils 3D, PDS & Microdrainage?
We are currently recruiting for a Highways Technician in Bristol to join a Transport Planning, Highways & Civil Engineering Consultancy.
As a Highways Technician you will join the existing infrastructure team in Bristol to provide technical assistance in the delivery of roads & drainage designs for local roads projects on residential and commercial projects. You Will be educated to HND/HNC level or ideally hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have over 3 years experience within a UK design practice.
You will be responsible for undertaking detailed designs using industry software including AutoCAD, Civils 3D, PDS & Microdrainage. In the position of Highways CAD Technician you shall also be responsible for approving s278, 104 & 38 agreements appropriate for the projects you will be looking to complete within time & budget.
The role will offer you a competitive starting salary with further training and progression available.
