CaterCrew are a leading Chef agency and we source talented chefs for the best roles in the area. We now have a vacancy for a Sous Chef ( hourly paid GBP12) for a restaurant in Central Bath.
The restaurant is modern and vibrant and informal with a modern British menu.
The restaurant seats over 120 covers so it can get nice and busy at peak times, so it's key you can keep calm when under pressure.
Great quality food, cooked well and kept simple to allow the ingredients to speak for themselves. For us, the ideal chef will have a mix of fresh, branded and hotel experience. As the core menu is set, but you working with quality fresh produce and presentation is important.
