Local based client is now seeking an Estimator to join their team. This role is Estimating for Civil engineering, Groundworks & broad spectrum of the construction industry.
Experienced Estimator
Worked on tenders and contracts which have varied in scale, scope, value, and complexity.
Ability to quickly understand complex information
Capable of working on own initiative or as part of a team in order to meet challenging deadlines and targets.
Collect and distribute of feedback.
Investigate cost effective and/or alternative solutions.
Input data entry onto estimating software.
Producing tenders for numerous projects
working with the commercial staff
Liaising with developers and main contractors to win work
Manage the bid process effectively
Liaise directly with the Managing Director
