Asset Investment Programme Manager
Durham
Salary: GBP39,015 to GBP43,731 per annum, plus essential car allowance
Permanent - 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
An opportunity has arisen for an Asset Investment Programme Manager to join our Technical Services Department based at our office in Durham with regular working from the Ashington and Berwick Offices.
The successful applicant will have the ability to demonstrate experience of having responsibility for Planned Maintenance Programmes of work and Contract Administration functions within a Registered Provider environment as well as holding a full UK driving licence and a recognised professional qualification relevant to the post
