Trainee Engineer available in an innovative and growing business where you will become an accomplished professional. Lots of training and career progression available. This is another new role due to further expansion.
The role will someone at the start of their career looking for the first step in engineering. You will have completed a degree, an apprenticeship in engineering or similar. You must confident working in a fast paced environment and able to communicate to all departments.
You'll form part of a passionate, vibrant and energetic team. Progression and pay reviews will happen as you become more competent. Lots of on the job training will be provided.
The company produce high end automotive parts for in a brand new state of the art facility. Your role will be to support engineering by building prototypes and testing assemblies. Alongside this you will build and set test rigs and oversee the test process from start to finish.
Opportunities to progress into senior roles will be available for hard working and driven applicants.

The role:
* Build prototype and test assemblies
* Design, build and set up test rigs
* Direct and manage end to end testing processes
* Evaluate performance, analyse any failures and identify root causes
* Plan and schedule builds, test timings and milestones using appropriate tools
* Collection of data/accurate record keeping
* Writing test reports
The person:
* Engineering degree, an apprenticeship in engineering or similar
* Confident in ability and determination to see things through
* Excellent communication skills
