Job Role: Asset Performance Lead
Location: Irvine

Salary: GBP35 - GBP40k pa
Rullion has an exciting opportunity for Asset Performance Lead based in Irvine, Scotland. The asset performance lead will work with a leading Waste Water Treatment organisation
As the Asset Performance Lead, you will take the lead in developing the maintenance strategy from reactive maintenance to optimising the assets performance; You will develop and deliver the strategy, design, planning and implementation of asset maintenance at the WWTP on one of GSKs flagship sites. You will have the opportunity to design new full life asset maintenance plans, develop capital expenditure plans and lead the delivery of these on the ground.
You will form an integral part of the operational and management team and be a dynamic, forward thinking and determined achiever.
Taking an immediate and longer term view of the assets, you will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance work on site, primarily using team mechanical and electrical resources but also organising contracted expertise where required. In particular, your goals will be the sustainable compliance to the permits for treated effluent discharge and odour and to the optimal performance of the Anaerobic Digester (AD) plant.
You will have a key role in promoting a positive and proactive relationship with the client, and drive to achieve the highest standards against audits, quality assessments and working practices such as 5S. Working closely with the management team you will help deliver the contracts KPIs, seeking to exceed the customers expectations.
The successful candidate will be educated to a Further Education level or equivalent and have hands-on practical & reactive maintenance experience, especially in pumps and motors. Supervisory or management experience would be advantageous though not essential, as would an understanding of waste water treatment technologies and processes.
