Well established professional property and construction consultancy with offices throughout the UK is seeking an experienced building surveyor to join their expanding Plymouth office.
Our client is looking for an MRICS qualified building surveyor who is a genuine all-rounder with previous experience of undertaking project and professional work. You will be expected to maintain and develop existing client relationships along with seeking our new business within the South West of England.
The role holder will be part of the Building Surveying team acting in a varied and wide ranging role. The role will involve working closely with all offices, corresponding with clients. Identifying opportunities for new business will also be part of the role. The role holder will provide the full range of Building Surveying services and property types including the commercial, residential education, infrastructure and retail projects.
