JOB: TECHNICAL FIELD SALES/PRODUCT MANAGER
Mechanical Engineering/ Engineering Plastics background
LOCATION: SCOTLAND with some international travel
SALARY: up to GBP40k plus benefits
My client is seeking to appoint a Technical Field Sales Engineer to be based in, or near, Scotland. This role will cover the whole of Scotland, some of Northern England and there will be some international travel.
Dealing with Marine, Wind and Power, Rail, Construction and Food industries, this varied position will require SOLUTION SALES abilities.
You will have experience within sales, marketing and business development and you will be able to demonstrate a successful sales background. You will be experienced in working with or in a technical team and able to converse at that level.
You will require an engineering background in order to formulate solutions. These will then be passed to a technical team who will draw up bespoke products based upon your recommendations.
