WS 4535 - Compressors Sales Manager - South West + South England
My client are a heavy Engineering company specialising across rotating equipment including Pumps, Turbines, Compressors and Valves. They have a turnover over GBP7 million and employ staff across the country in multiple divisions.
Job Profile:
To develop and manage sales of compressed air equipment and services in defined area of operation.
Exceed sales and profitability targets.,
Liaise with other members of the sales team and technical experts.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal: BM, Finance, workshop managers,
External: Customers, Suppliers.
Qualifications:
'A' level Math's and English or similar qualification
Familiar with excel, word and PowerPoint
Ability to produce and present sales data
Candidate Requirements:
Knowledge of customers in the Thames Valley and surrounding regions
Able to manage quotation records and use sales information effectively
Skilled in finding and getting through the door of potential customers
Able to discuss technical issues knowledgeably
Skilled in negotiating and closing deals
Able to work unassisted when required and confident in making decisions
Sales Engineer - Compressed Air
Skilled in building customer and supplier relationships
IT literate with written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn new skills and Group related information
Encourage and actively pursue 'team' work ethic with colleagues
Understand the technical aspects of compressor air equipment
The ability to sell products and service contract to new and existing clients
The ability to understand installation drawings and quote installation projects.
Package Details:
Basic salary circa GBP35k
