JOB TITLE: Business Administrator / Market Researcher

SALARY & BENEFITS: Dependant on experience plus 24 days holiday and pension

WORKING HOURS: Full Time 9am - 5.30pm

We are pleased to be working with a company who is an independent specialist medical market research fieldwork agency based in the UK. They cover all methodologies, including, but not limited to, qualitative and quantitative research both locally and globally.

THE ROLE: In order to help coordinate their projects, our client is now seeking to appoint a Project Administrator. You will be responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of market research projects ensuring that they run to agreed timelines and budgets. The position involves external liaison with clients and suppliers both nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities:-
  • To manage multiple market research projects from inception to completion and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Book interviewing and video-conferencing facilities as required to the individual project.
  • You will brief and then liaise with freelancers and recruiters to provide project updates
  • Maintain and update information on excel spreadsheets and update information on project templates
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets of potential Healthcare Professionals for recruitment
  • Collect and return completed interview information / materials to the client
  • Record all project activity and keep internal records up to date
  • Collect and return consent forms
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator, with the ability to prioritise their work load and have a tenacious attitude to completing projects on time and in full. Previous experience within a market research, recruitment or even an organisational administration role would be highly advantageous for this position.
