Customer Account Manager
GBP15k-GBP18k
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with ?? hour lunch break
An experienced Account Manager with excellent customer service skills is required to join an expanding business with an environmental focus, maintaining sites for a number of key customers with the aim of limited and preventing pollution.
* You will be liaising with clients and on site, engineering contract workers on a daily basis regarding work being carried out on sites.
* Liaising with engineers regarding any missing details or queries for work being carried out at sites.
* Quality checking
* Providing live updates to the customer
* Updating the CRM database
* Providing evidence for work carried out
* Processing orders
* Booking travel and accommodation arrangements and managing the hotel business account
