Established in the late 90's, this Consultancy has developed strong relationships with Clients both locally and nationally.
Primarily focused on Design and Build contracts, they act as leading consultants for major Public sector projects in a range of buildings structures and infrastructure works.
With offices in the South, Midlands and a newly located Head Office in the North, their diverse range of projects span across the retail, residential, industrial, healthcare, education, commercial and public sector projects.
As they continue to grow the business, they are seeking to appoint a Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer, who with a Degree in an Engineering discipline - has had a few years' experience as a Structural Technician.
You will come in as a CAD/Revit Technician and will slowly be given Engineering projects over time. This is to start as soon as possible within the Wakefield office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience using CAD/Revit who are looking to get embark on a Structural Engineering career path.
You will be working closely with the design team to produce a range of Civil/Structural Engineering drawings including reinforced concrete detailing and structural steelwork - whilst gradually being given the opportunity to design a wide variety of building structures in an array of interesting sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a few years' experience as a Graduate Engineer under their belt and be familiar with CAD and preferably Revit.
You will have a degree in a relevant Engineering field or have gained equivalent experience in a similar role.
As with the 'softer' requirements, you will be an effective communicator via all mediums, as well as being a strong team player and being able to work independently when required.
