Our client has a long history of delivering Audio Visual Events and Productions to the Medical Industry. They offer a full range of technical services from equipment rental to full event management. We are now seeking a Junior or Trainee Event AV Technician to work from their base in Brighton, serving clients worldwide.
You will have a keen interest in AV technology and Audio Visual events. You will be frequently exposed to director level and VIP customers, so a friendly calm approach, coupled with excellent customer service and the ability to work under pressure is vital.
Responsibilities
• Support the AV Manager and team
• Support in the delivery of events, to ensure smooth running of events
• Managing customer communications to ensure prompt responses to enquiries
• Complete Administration tasks with MS Office and other software
• Warehouse house keeping
• Maintaining Equipment
• Liaise with key people within the team to ensure events are planned and delivered correctly
Requirements
• A basic background in Audio Visual is preferred, but not essential
• A confident personality with a positive 'can do' attitude
• Ability to multi task and think on your feet using creativity and initiative to overcome challenges
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
• Full clean driving licence essential
