My client is a FTSE 250 business providing facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses. They have revenues in excess of GBP1.8bn and a reputation for being the best in their business.
They are currently looking to recruit a handyman, to undertake general handyman, fabric and semi-skilled duties on health centres and clinics in Southend-on-Sea & surrounding areas.
Main duties
To carry out the following tasks:
* Planned maintenance on emergency lighting
* Minor building fabric repairs,
* Routine water hygiene tasks
* Minor decorating tasks
* Minor plumbing repairs
* Minor electrical repairs
* To carry out ad hoc general minor repairs as required

Person specification
* Previous maintenance experience working in a commercial environment
* General handyman skills - joinery, painting and basic electrical tasks
* Be flexible & carry out duties which are not specific to your trade
* Hold a full clean driving licence
* Knowledge of Health & Safety & safe working practices
* Strong customer care focus
