Formed in 1997, our Client is a people and service focused sales and rentals business, specialising in high quality property in Leeds City Centre and North Leeds. They aim to lead the market in these areas by providing unrivalled customer service.

They are now looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team based at their offices in Leeds city centre. Reporting to the Sales Director you will negotiate the sale of properties whilst managing client relationships.

As a Sales Negotiator you will take sales enquiries, qualify and book in viewings. Conducting accompanied viewings, you will take offers, record all information and update vendors accordingly. Valuing properties for sale and providing support and advice to the vendor, helping them to achieve the best outcome, you will support the Sales Team Coordinator to effectively manage your applicants.

They are looking for someone who is motivated and driven, and who has the ability to build strong relationships quickly. With previous experience in a sales role, but not necessarily within the property industry, you will have excellent customer service skills and have experience in a customer facing role.

Good communication skills are key, as is being able to prioritise and work under pressure. The role requires you to take absolute ownership for the management of your own workload and to be responsible for ensuring that your priorities are completed each day.

Hours for the role are: Tuesday 11am - 8pm, Wednesday 11am - 8pm, Thursday 11am - 8pm, Friday 9am - 8:15pm and Saturday 9am - 6pm
