Telesales / Sales Executive - £18,730 + OTE £31k - uncapped bonus

Enthusiastic telesales advisors required for rapidly expanding training business

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Telesales Course Advisor will promote and sell a portfolio of training courses to individuals, matching them to the right training, the right courses and the right options. You will be trained in the company's products and services to assist potential customers with their decisions with a view to signing them up to courses.

Responsibilities include outbound calls to warm leads ( individuals who have made enquiries regarding training courses ) promoting product benefits, identifying those which suit the customer best and maximising potential to upsell services.

The Candidate

The successful Telesales / Sales Executive will have previous sales / telesales or direct selling experience. With excellent communication skills and telephone manner, you will be a self-starter who thrives on the challenge of achieving your own targets and providing first class customer service.
