As an Administration Manager your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Bookkeeping – Take ownership of all accounting and bookkeeping administration to provide the company with clear and accurate insights
  • Sales admin – Ensure smooth handling of administration tasks related to the sale and purchase of advertising, including handling IOs, invoices, reconciliation and updating CRM
  • Financial reporting – Produce accurate and insightful reports on company performance
  • Efficiently manage payroll, disbursements and expenses
  • Support the wider team with reporting, research and data entry
  • Ad hoc office management and provision of support and general admin assistance to management

An ideal Administration Manager will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrative recent experience in a similar role
  • AAT training preferred but not essential
  • Highly proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Organised, efficient and hard-working
  • Highly adaptable, fast learner
  • Excellent communicator
  • Friendly, fun and personable character

In return for this you will receive a salary of £22,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent upon experience.
