Supervisor - Hatchery Cleaning

Our client is looking to recruit a Hatchery Cleaning Supervisor to be based in Ower Hatchery, Romsey.


 


The successful Hatchery Cleaning Supervisor will have the following Main Duties:


 

• Responsible for supporting the hatchery management team in maintaining high levels of hygiene and bio security by ensuring that the hatchery and equipment are cleaned to a high standard.
• They will be required to supervise and work with the cleaning team to ensure that work is completed to company standards, within given timescales.
• Normal working hours for this role will be Monday to Saturday (5 shifts out of 6), 36 hours per week.

 

The Hatchery Cleaning Supervisor Key Skills & Experience will include:

• The successful applicant must have good communication skills, be results driven and able to form good working relationships with colleagues.
• They must also have a positive attitude to work, be reliable, able to work with minimal supervision and have the ability to motivate others.
• Previous supervisory experience is essential.
• Previous experience in a cleaning or hygiene role and a first aid certificate is desirable, but not essential.
