Our client have been the largest manufacturer of holiday homes and lodges for many years, they love designing the very best of homes for parks not only in the UK but across the world and they listen to their customers to design and build models that suit all tastes and budgets.

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a motivated HR Advisor to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

Within the role you will be responsible for the Coordination of training initiatives in support of the business plan and HR Strategy, including upskilling, apprentices and graduates.

Coordinating Training Requests and keeping records on costs to feed into the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account and other training budgets, you will liaise with Training providers on the best use of DAS, set up learning, submit funding claims and coordinate the Apprentice, Graduate and Outreach programmes.

Creating, implementing and maintaining a talent management process, and ensuring this is embedded within the business, you will work with the HR Projects Advisor and maintain the learning and development recording system via the HR management software. Supporting the development of appropriate learning programmes and managing data, in the role you will create relevant processes within your area that relate to the QMS system.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified to level 3 and have a high level of IT (knowledge of Moodle applications would be advantageous), planning and organisational skills. With sound commercial awareness of how learning and development activity can impact business performance, you will have experience of working with stakeholders of all levels, strong attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal, training and facilitation skills.

Furthermore, we are looking for candidates who have Generalist HR knowledge and the ability to self-manage and work proactively.
