Their Retail Team at this museum group are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the retail facilities. Joining the existing management team, you will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating a team of Retail Sales Advisors to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer service experience, providing thought-provoking and memorable visits which reflect the magnificence of their stores.
You'll be organised, with good administration and I.T. skills, you will be able to deal with and manage absence and performance management cases.
You'll be proactive, have with commercial flair and the ability to create initiatives for maximising their sales and profits.
