Our client, a leading Arts and Media business based in Central London is looking for an experienced HR System and Project Coordinator to be the 'super-user' for the HR System iTrent.
Reporting directly to HR Manager and supporting them with the System Lead in the development and implementation of the HR System.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Ensure that the HR System is maintained and data capture is accurate and tested.
* Build, develop and provide regular standard reports for HR and client groups on key performance indicators
* Pull together the key people data and analysis, including for monthly, quarterly and end of year business reports.
* Track recruitment initiatives - such as Two Ticks and provide regular progress reports.
* Work with IT to ensure that upgrades are well managed and communicated
* Support and train colleagues in the system and developments
* Produce user friendly manuals and guidance for employees
* Support and monitor other HR projects
Key requirement:
* 2 years' experience as a 'super-user' of iTrent (or similar system) user.
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work on your own initiative in a systematic and pragmatic manner
* Excellent organisational skills and the proven ability to meet deadlines and accuracy targets Whilst
* working in a busy environment.
* Proven experience of working with reporting systems such as Business Objects and / or use Microsoft Excel
* A proactive approach to identifying potential issues with a solution based approach.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Excel
* A commitment to continuing professional development
