Assistant Shop Manager

Our client is looking for two Assistant Managers with the ability to work in two of their busy high donating charity shops. You will bring your experience, commercial awareness, energy and enthusiasm to the role supporting the Shop Manager with the day to day running of shop operations. As part of a dynamic team you will help drive sales, process donations, maximise gift aid and support volunteers.

Retail management experience, the ability to work under pressure, excellent customer service, and strong organisational skills are all essential requirements.

Previous charity shop experience is desirable.

The role requires the lifting and handling of heavy items & the flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required on a seven day variable rota and cover other shops as required.
