Due to continued business growth, an experience Vehicle Technician / Mechanic is required to join a busy car dealership in Aylesbury. They are an award winning local dealer group who are consistently successful and have developed a great reputation in the area.
Based in a busy workshop you will be required to undertake all levels of maintenance, service and car repairs as well as offering an outstanding level of customer service.
As a Motor Vehicle Technician you will be qualified to NVQ level III and have recent and relevant experience of working in a franchised dealership.
JOB ROLE:
Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
Carry out all work completely and effectively
Adhere to manufacturer's scheduled times to maintain efficiency
Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed and components
Keep work areas clean, tidy, organised and safe
Liaise with colleagues and customers at all levels
To be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are met at all times
