The role requires the confidence to make decisions considering the reputation and financial aspects of the business whilst balancing a high degree of sensitivity to the needs of children and families.

Is this position right for you? Here's what we're looking for:

-Minimum three years management experience in childcare setting

-As a minimum be qualified to NVQ level 3

-Ability to demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload

-A sound knowledge of child protection procedures

-Financial management skills

-A positive attitude, good initiative, confident and approachable
