Receptionist – Weekend – Part Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for friendly and enthusiastic Receptionists to join our established team in our Bournemouth Vets4Pets practice. The successful candidate will ideally possess previous reception and customer service experience, and will need to be confident and able to interact with our clients providing a consistently high level of service and customer care.
The roles will include will meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, dealing with any queries, taking payments and interacting with customers. Experience with, or a love of, animals would be advantageous and as this is a busy and demanding role you must be computer literate and able to cope well under pressure.
The role is part time of 10 hours per week, it will be every Saturday 6pm-11pm and Sundays 6pm-11pm. Also have opportunity to gain more hours by covering holidays.
By joining our surgery, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent standards of client and animal care. This is a hands-on role in a small, busy team so the ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible and willing to work at all levels.
