Our client is a local company with a portfolio of approximately 5000 affordable homes in Macclesfield and the surrounding areas. They are passionate about what we do in providing high quality homes, to help improve people’s lives.

They have a newly created Customer Services Manager role with a difference which will lead and develop three key Customer teams, namely our digital contact centre, allocations & lettings,  income  and tenancy sustainment teams to deliver customer excellence.  The role is responsible for delivering high performance, ensuring that operational and budgetary targets are achieved, whilst managing risk, to achieve meaningful outcomes which help improve the lives of people living in their communities. 

Within the role you will lead and champion their digital cultural shift with customers and staffs whilst delivering effective customer engagement.  To succeed you will create strong internal & external partnerships to support vulnerable & challenging customers ensuring all tenancies are sustainable.

To be successful you will have experience leading and motivating high performing teams, leading staff through organisational & cultural change and developing & delivering organisational strategies.

You will have strong IT Skills, effective coaching and influencing skills, together with using you judgement to make sound decisions and solve problems.
