3rd In Charge, Nursery Manager

A lovely nursery set in Beaconsfield are looking to recruit a 3RD In Charge based in the Pre School Room working with 3-5 year olds.

This would suit an experienced Room Leader looking to take the next step in their career, or a 3rd in charge looking to take on more responsibilities.

You will be responsible for leading and managing the team within the Pre School room - ensuring excellent practice is maintained through the room.

Elements of the role will be Office based, you will be expected to cover for the Manager / Deputy Manager when they are absent and off site. You will also be involved in recruitment of new staff, chair meetings and be the first point of contact for Parents.

The directors are happy to nurture staff and offer training if required.

You will be passionate about working with children, watching them develop under your care and looking to continue your career with a reputable nursery committed to happiness of the children and staff,

They need dynamic, driven and committed individuals with a child centred approach. Must have a minimum L3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent, have excellent written and spoken English and have experience working in a similar role at either a nursery room leader or room manager or deputy nursery level where you have successfully mentored and supervised staff in a busy nursery.

Essential qualities include: Commitment to helping children thrive and get the best start in life, a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Essential experience and qualifications include: Supervisory experience in a nursery setting, minimum L3 qualified in early years.
