Are you an excellent communicator? Would you like to help people across Mendip to access support and meet others in similar situations? Would you like to help empower people with the confidence and information to look after themselves when they can? Do you have experience of working with social media, the press and project management? Are you able to facilitate group education sessions and training sessions for staff and patients? Would you like to work across Mendip?

Employed by Frome Medical Practice but based across Mendip

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £20,168.00 (12 month Fixed term contract)
