Sales Consultant

Our Client is looking to recruit an additional member of staff for their team. You will be a highly experienced Sales consultant/Estate Agent with Residential experience. You will be passionate about property, and be driven and highly motived, a self-starter who is used to hitting and exceeding targets, someone who wants to be the best and deliver only the highest levels of service to clients. Must come with a proven track record and must be a driver. Will be rewarded with a competitive salary with excellent commission.

Offering great career progression, you will be working in the Swindon branch. You will work closely with potential purchasers to ensure they are kept up to date with all possible parties that are for sale. You will also ensure you have made your clients aware of other available products.

Essential skills for the role -
• Previous estate agency experience
• Sales experience
• Excellent communication
• Accurate, numerate and computer literate
• A Team Player
• Excellent organisational skills
• You MUST have a full UK driving licence

Working hours -

Monday to Thursday 8.15am to 6.30pm
Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm
Every other Saturday 8.45am to 5.00pm

Salary - GBP15,000 - GBP19,000 (Based on experience plus commission)
