Mechanical Project Manager - Building Services Company - Oxford
A long established and award winning Building Services Company is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to work varied projects throughout the Oxford area on a permanent basis.
As the Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for managing projects up to the value of GBP3M being involved from inception to completion. You will be responsible for the following:
• Planning of the project
• Project Coordination
• Managing the supply chain and dealing with contractors
• Being involved in the cost control, cash flows, valuations and up until the final account preparation and handover
You should be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, with experience working on projects up to GBP3M including schools, residential and commercial. You should have excellent communication skills and strong management skills.
Location: Oxford
Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP55,000
