We are seeking an experienced European Speaking Contracts Executives to join our clients friendly and busy team due to success and expansion. Our client is a forward thinking and dynamic tour operator that offer various travel services for travellers throughout the UK, Europe and beyond. Each day will not be the same, duties include:
• Making reservations including hotels, transport, restaurants & admissions to places of interest.
• Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.
• Offering a cutting edge customer service.
• Manage the bookings from start to finish including dealing with amendments.
• Take part in familiarisation with new destinations in order to gain information on issues and amenities in order to meet customer's needs.
• Locating new suppliers according to the client request and market demand.
• Obtaining group rates from suppliers & negotiating and contracting the services.
• Analyse and review pricing for already contracted services.
Essential Requirements:
• Similar experience within a tour operator or hotel in reservations and/or contracts.
• Fluent in English along with either Polish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish. We would also consider Cantonese, Mandarin or Taiwanese.
• Ability to communicate at all levels in a multi-cultural environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills and be able to meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
